Memberships

You can cancel your membership anytime from The Vault under Billing & membership. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

We don't offer refunds for partial months or for months that have already started.

If you're a founding member, your founding price ends when your membership ends. If you rejoin later, the regular price applies.

Guides and tutorials

Guides and tutorials are digital products you get right away, so all one-time purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you buy it, it's yours.

Mistakes happen

If you were charged twice, charged after canceling, or something didn't work the way it should, email hello@thewellpaidvendor.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
