Terms of Use

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms cover your use of thewellpaidvendor.com, the Event Pricing Calculator membership, and any guides, tutorials or other products from The Well-Paid Vendor, owned and operated by Melissa Griffiths ("we," "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to use the calculator and download your guides. Keep your password private and use your own account; accounts are for one person or one business. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Memberships and billing

The Event Pricing Calculator is a monthly membership. Your card is charged when you join and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. The current price is shown on the sales page before you pay.

Founding member price. The first 10 members pay the founding price, which stays the same for as long as that membership stays active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the regular price applies.

We may change regular prices in the future. If we do, we'll email you before the change affects your membership, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime from The Vault under Billing & membership. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. See our Refund policy for details.

License to use our products

When you join or buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our calculator, guides and tutorials in your own business. You may not:

Downloaded guides are marked with the buyer's name and email. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

Your information and saved events

The events, settings and logo you save in the calculator belong to you. We store them so the calculator can work, as described in our Privacy policy. If your membership ends, we keep your saved events so they're there if you rejoin, unless you ask us to delete them.

Not financial, tax or legal advice

Our tools and guides are for business planning and education. They're based on the method Melissa uses in her own business, and the example numbers are only examples. Results depend on your own costs, choices and market, and no specific income or profit is promised. Nothing here is financial, tax, accounting or legal advice; please check your pricing, sales tax and other decisions with a qualified professional.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable for updates or for reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is," and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions you make using our tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let members know by email or in The Vault. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
